Biography:

Doris Wiggins began painting as a young child and eventually began giving private lessons in fine art, which she continued for many years. She began working with glass in 1974, beginning as an artist in Stained Glass, where she found herself incorporating hand-painted pieces of glass in her stained glass windows.

Developing her own double-load technique, her painted glass is unique in the quality of the surface she is able to produce.
